In the quest to understand and create an ideal society, Redstone extrapolates on the science and cultural aptitude of rest through figurative paintings on canvas and aluminum panel commingling forms of new technology, organic imagery and ephemeral brush marks that constitute a complex but dream-like examination of modernity and rest.
