On Saturday, November 17th, curator John Wolf will present Unnatural Disasters, a solo exhibition of work by painter Craig Kucia, opening from 6-9PM at Ibid Gallery, located at 670 S Anderson Street, Los Angeles, CA 90023. Unnatural Disaster is an investigation by Kucia into his life and artistic training in a pre-internet world, fused with the modern digital age and it’s imposed visual vernacular. Idiosyncratic combinations of cultures and eras distinct to the artist allow for a layered experience with the works. This is the artist’s first exhibition with Ibid Gallery, and first solo presentation in Los Angeles.
