Artists Jo Rosenthal and Zoe Argires have an ongoing project wherein they complete each other's drawings. The resulting collaborative work of Rosenthal, multimedia artist and bookmaker, and Argires, painter and curator, inhabits the space where communication breaks down and vulnerability begins. Sharing a common interest in the human condition, it was only natural that the two should try to create an experiential exchange as their mutual project. The drawings in this show are the result of shared experiences, new modes of working with another artist, offering one's own experiences for interpretation, and, primarily, friendship.
