Gallery Also is pleased to present an exhibition of new works by Spencer Carmona. As the title suggests, variations of the color red are ever-present. Although repetition in color and composition unify the work formally, each painting has its own idiosyncratic nature, presenting its own problems and methods of resolution. For the artist the color red has become a stand-in or metaphor for the changing environment and our experience of it and with in it.
