Heyliger's new photographic series is inspired by the play of the sun’s energy on the surface of the Pacific Ocean. Bathed in extreme light, these photographs venture into the void between camera and human vision. __ Gallery Luisotti is also pleased to announce Austromancy, its third solo exhibition with German photographer Ursula Schulz-Dornburg, opening October 1 – December 3, 2022. This show probes man’s place in the cosmos by juxtaposing photographs of three motifs: the winds colliding with Mount Ararat; futurist, yet abandoned structures in Kronstadt, Russia; and the intensely magnified crust of the moon.
