Sydney Walters: "Reverence" in quotes
Elephant Art Space is pleased to present “Reverence” in quotes, Sydney Walters’ first solo exhibition in Los Angeles. The artist combines sculpture with “neon” paintings to create a sincere parody of patriarchy in religion. By juxtaposing themes of industry with sanctity, she explores devotion within the relationship between gender and piety.
