The Institute of Contemporary Art, Los Angeles presents a special evening in conjunction with the exhibition Martín Ramírez: His Life in Pictures, Another Interpretation.Sánchez-Kane is a Mexican clothing line founded by Bárbara Sánchez-Kane, an engineer-turned-designer whose radical motifs often address Latinx identity and Mexican-American relations. Sánchez-Kane incorporates text and image into hallucinogenic outfits that celebrate nonconformity.
