Lois Lambert Gallery is pleased to present new works by the Brazilian painter and mural artist Rodrigo Branco in his first solo exhibition in Los Angeles, titled “MOLDANDO PEDRA DURA”. In this series of paintings, Branco explores his own narrative through the discovery of a box of family photographs. Through this visual retelling of his family's narrative, Branco creates a new vision for the future while honoring his roots. "MOLDANDO PEDRA DURA" is part of the Participating Gallery Program of PST: LA/LA, a Getty initiative exploring Latin American art in dialogue with Los Angeles.
