Join fashion historian and art muse Sara Stevens as she explores LACMA’s collection through the lens of costume to consider issues of gender, society, and history through the ages. We’ll look at art from the museum's encyclopedic collection where garments offer insights to the wearer's life and learn some fashion terminology in the process. Sara holds a BA from the University of California, Berkeley in the History of Art and a MS in Apparel Merchandising from California State University, Northridge.
