Timothea Stewart is a Los Angeles based artist who graduated with a Bachelor in Fine Arts from Stanford University and attended L’Ecole Nationale des Beaux Arts in Paris. After participating in several exhibitions in France, unexpected circumstances brought her back to Los Angeles, where she opened an art gallery on La Cienega Blvd. In 2012, Timothea was compelled to re-immerse herself in painting and would produce an extensive body of work consisting mostly of large-scale paintings. This exhibition is a compilation of works from her period in Paris and the last six years. Timothea works out of her studio in Topanga, California.
