In Bookmarked!, organizations and artists around the city will let us in on books and texts that inspire them. For the first installment, Asha Grant, founder of The Free Black Woman’s Library-LA, will invite a Los Angeles writer to join her in discussing and reading texts they draw inspiration from. This program will be taking place virtually via Ring Central, powered by Zoom. This means that anyone interested in attending this program from anywhere in the world is welcome, all you need is an internet connection!
