This special event features 3 artists from different regions: Abigail Reyes from El Salvador, Arshia Haq from Los Angeles, USA, and Liliana Hueso from Tijuana, MX, who will. be in conversation with the curator of the exhibition Patricio Majano from Y.ES Contemporary. The talk will address themes related to gender and freedom, considering the work of the artists, the region they live in and their personal stories. The event aims to expand the dialog surrounding these themes, connecting the art practices of three regions that share a similar cultural and political context. This talk is co-presented with Y.ES Contemporary from El Salvador. We are grateful to our partners el Centro Cultural de Tijuana (CECUT), Universidad Autónoma de Baja California, Facultad de Artes for their collaboration to program this event.
