Matter Studio Gallery is excited to announce the Memorial Crane Project's partnership with The San Fernando Valley Arts & Cultural Center and Art Along the Boulevard. Commemorating lives lost to the Coronavirus, Karla Funderburk's art installation, consists of thousand of handmade origami cranes donated from all around the world. Along with the symbolic cranes, the names of those who have passed will be featured on the exhibitions ‘Wall of Remembrance’ along with a QR code which will direct viewers to audio recordings of stories honoring those who have passed.
