Made All of This is an exhibit that shows both the professional and the personal work of Stehrenberger over almost two decades. If you’ve caught a glimpse of a promotional movie poster in the last 16 years, chances are you were taking in the work of Stehrenberger, the artist you didn’t know you knew. Her greatest asset is her versatility, making her a chameleon of mediums. Whether celebrating, respecting, or playfulling satirizing the subject, the underlying connective tissue in all of her work is that her concept is the catalyst for how the piece is executed. This exhibit will capture what she has so skillfully harvested from her imagination so far while also celebrating the release of her first book, entitled Akikomatic: The Work of Akiko Stehrenberger published by Hat & Beard Press.
