an oral history recording workshop facilitated by Michele Jaquis, whose work is included in the Un-Civil War! exhibition. Participants will be paired up and taught how to use digital audio recorders and the voice memo app on their phones to record conversations about what it means to be American and what it would take to cause or prevent another US Civil War. Each participant will be given a copy of their recording and the opportunity share excerpts with the larger group.
