"I'm always searching for something. It might be a sound, a feeling. When I’ve found something that I’ve latched on to I feel the need to create and share. Sometimes it’s literal, sometimes not so much. I'm truly grateful when people try to analyze my paintings and let me know what they feel. Often the characters in my paintings are speaking to the viewer. Most times they are asking for help or letting you know how they feel. You’ve approached them at their most honest time in their existence. “Oh, Wow” finds the Future with AI sentient robots finding emotion with song lyrics, the Past with prehistoric turtles and the Now with anxiety soaked paintbrush strokes."
