MAYBE THE EARTH ANGEL’S BODY WAS A JEEP
A solo exhibition of paintings , sculptures, and video
As it breaks down into a pearl
Living silence, dense and moving static, big bang vhs
The rise and fall of the everything machine occurs within the deep background
a wild universe inside the inventions of humanity
Where the light is not supposed to be clean
Maybe a monster among the stuff-piles and records
Build a selfhood or an exit door
Maybe the earth was a pearl
She still lives
This body of work is a self portrait or maybe even a hero’s story. It’s also a being I made about life which none of us understand. I couldn't call her into existence in just one way. So it’s paintings, movies, sculpture - Excerpts from a lifelong philosophy book.Another song lyric of the never ending dive into self and the universe, steeped in nostalgic data and ancient static.Poetry that embodies many mediums simultaneously. Created with love for your consideration by a Monster and an Everything Machine.
