GGLA is excited to present a popup by Rosa Duffy of For Keeps Books, as our inaugural project within our new space adjacent to the gallery at 3415 Verdugo Rd. Based in Atlanta, Duffy will bring a selection of books and ephemera by Black authors and artists from Frantz Fanon, Richard Wright, James Baldwin, and the African-American magazine Freedomways. The books and ephemera will be in dialogue with an installation by Rosa Duffy as well as a quilt by the late great Rosie Lee Tompkins, furthering the dialogue between all of these great minds, both past and present.
