Morán Morán is pleased to present SoiL Thornton’s Painting, the shorter of the longest (Morán Morán), 2024, marking the artist’s fourth solo exhibition with the gallery. The exhibition will be on view May 18 through June 20, 2024. SoiL Thornton (b. 1990) lives and works in Brooklyn, NY. They graduated from Cooper Union in 2012. Recent solo institutional exhibitions include Choosing Suitor, Secession, Vienna, Austria (2023); Decomposition Evaluation, Kunstverein Bielefeld, Bielefeld, Germany (2022); and Sir Veil, Albright–Knox Art Gallery, Buffalo, NY (2016).
