Shockboxx Gallery, the gallery known for pushing the boundaries, presents the group art show "NOT AN ART FAIR ". Our annual nod to the absurdity of the art fair is back. It's as if our love for them is so intense that we can't bear them, or our disdain so strong we'd consume one for lunch just to understand the hype. It's like witnessing a train wreck, unable to look away, yet secretly hoping to be invited by the conductor to join the select few who crash into the side of that glorious glittery mountain. But then, the realization hits that selection is impossible, so you circle back to mockery... Regardless of your position, ensure you make it on Saturday 27 July at 6pm. Situated in the Cypress Arts District of Hermosa Beach, California, ShockBoxx Gallery serves as a pivotal center in the South Bay for artists, curators, collectors, and art aficionados to unite and promote the arts. Established in March 2017 by Mike Collins and Laura Schuler, ShockBoxx is celebrated for its monthly group and solo exhibitions that showcase a variety of emerging and established artists, offering a continuous flow of fresh artistic influence.
