Two new exhibitions open at Irvine Fine Arts Center on November 16, "For Me and You" and "End as Beginning." "For Me and You" features multidisciplinary artworks by Ann Phong and Gloria Gem Sánchez that celebrate kinship and legacy and draw attention to our collective impact on the ecosystems we inhabit and pass on to future generations. "End as Beginning" features sculptural and installation-based works by Randi Hokett, Zara Kuredjian, and Patricia Liverman that foreground rupture, perception, and time as dominant forces that shape our worlds and our understanding of ourselves within them.
