Monte Vista Projects presents Free Palestine: Art, Solidarity, and Resistance, a program designed to raise awareness about the urgent humanitarian crisis in Palestine, cultivate togetherness and action, and amplify voices of resistance through creative expression and learning. This free series of public events will feature an in-person afternoon of community and crafting, an online synchronous teach-in series, and a memorial installation of Birds of Gaza- unique handcrafted birds created in our communities to memorialize martyred Palestinian children. All are welcome to join and contribute to a collective vision for a free Palestine. Please contact Monte Vista Projects with any accessibility requests and we will do our best to accommodate. Donations to Palestinian-led organizations will be encouraged, and resources for further learning will be available.
