Apology Box is a 24-hour durational performance (and unintentional world record attempt) by Vita Kari, who will be confined in a structure delivering continuous public apologies. The July 17th opening reception (6–9PM) marks the final hour of the performance, with sound design by Evian X Lucy. Vita emerges from the box at 7pm. Alongside the performance, UNSORRY is a group exhibition curated by Kari exploring the language of the non-apology through works by eight queer artists: Joaquin Stacey-Calle, Santoni Kina, Sophie Roessler, Andre Atkins, Sara Mehrinfar, Quin Leslie, Perry Picasshoe, and Jacob Barri.
