Through photography, moving image and performance Sweatmother complicates the structures of masculinity, moving beyond the biological, reconstructing presentation and desire from alternative masculinities. Much like the T-masc phantom limb this work would be in flux and experimental, drawing on objects and forgotten archives. The work embarks on the archive of fantasy to record history from absence, the legacy of Leather and empower T-masc spectators to visualize their own nuanced history.
