We tend to get so entrenched in our everyday lives that we forget to take time for ourselves. It's time to call back our energy! This collage workshop will help individuals to reacquaint with their Authentic Self and express their authenticity using images. Through the fun and freeing act of collaging, we will explore our individuality, "what makes each of us so unique". We will work from a system of questions and exercises that will help foster personal expression. There are no hard and fast rules to collaging, so just bring yourself, a love of community, and laughter.
