EmbRACE L.A.
200 North Spring Street, Los Angeles, California 90012
Wednesday, February 22 at 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM
Ends Feb 20, 2017
In this first iteration of a series of public dialogues, three prominent, African-American female leaders respond to the concept of racial equity through the lens of art making, curation, and public sector leadership. The embRACE LA initiative is a City of Los Angeles program that strives to promote racial inclusion in the civic life of all Angelenos; promote mutual cultural understanding among residents; create awareness and reform strategies to comprehensively address institutional racial bias through the City’s service delivery system; and achieve racial equity for all residents.
