The exhibition consists of an installation of short films, each under five minutes in length. The films focus on working in customer service, more specifically an ice cream/pretzel stand in a Southern California Westfield mall and the daily interactions, conflicts, and drama that come from a job. Within this format, conflicts occur and are resolved by the end of each episode, providing a sense of humor and comfort in their familiarity
