Inspired by Derrick Adams’s Network exhibition, dancer-choreographer Taisha Ciara Paggett (left) and independent curator Erin Cristovale (right) will discuss the history of black performance traditions from the early 1960s to today. Paggett will introduce audiences to three generations of artists, including Adams, David Hammons, Maren Hassinger, Senga Nengudi, and Theaster Gates, among others.
